Southwest Tours & Travel, Inc. (“Southwest Tours”, “us”, “we”, “our”) This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We take our customers’ privacy seriously, and we will only collect, record, hold, store, disclose, transfer and use your Personal Information as stated below. We will use your Personal Information where it is necessary for us to do so and if it is relevant to our dealings with you. We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law, or as is relevant for the purposes for which it is collected. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.


1.1 When placing an order or registering on our Site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, mailing address, email address, contact number, mobile number, date of birth, gender, travel itinerary, and other details to help you with your experience (“Personal Information”).

1.2 You must only submit to us, our authorized agent or the Site Personal Information which is accurate and complete and not misleading. You must keep it up-to-date and inform us of changes. We reserve the right to request for documentation to verify the information provided by you.

1.3 We will only be able to collect your Personal Information if you voluntarily submit the information to us. If you choose not to submit your personal information to us or subsequently withdraw your consent to our use of your Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.

1.4 We collect the Personal Information you give us when you register on our Site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, use Live Chat, open a support ticket, enter information on our Site, or provide feedback on our products or services. When you browse our Site, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 1.6 We also use Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online; third-party vendors, including Google, may show Southwest Tours ads on sites across the Internet. Southwest Tours and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on visitors’ past visits to the Site, as well as report how ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to the Site.

1.7 The personal information we collect from you will be used, or shared with third parties (including related companies, third party service providers, and third-party sellers), for some or all of the following purposes:

  • To deliver the products or services you have ordered from Southwest Tours & Travel, Inc.

1.9 We may pass your name and address on to a third party in order to make delivery of the services to you (for example to our sub contractors, agents, travel partners, supplier, etc).

1.10 When you register as a user on the Site, we will also use your Personal Information to send you marketing and/or promotional materials from time to time. You can unsubscribe from marketing information at any time by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material.

1.11 Your order details may be stored with us, you may access this information by logging into your account on the Site. Here you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open and those which are shortly to be dispatched and administer your address details, and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorized third parties. We cannot assume any liability for misuse of passwords.

1.12 We do not engage in the business of selling customers’ Personal Information to third parties.


2.1 When you provide us with Personal Information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for purposes mentioned in this document only.

2.2 Please note that if you communicate your objection to our use and/or disclosure of your Personal Information for the purposes and in the manner as stated above, depending on the nature of your objection, we may not be in a position to continue to provide our products or services to you or perform on any contract we have with you. We will not share your Personal Information with any organization other than related companies and those third parties directly related to the delivery of the products and services you purchase from the Site. 6.1 Our Site is hosted on cloud servers which are Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant.

6.2 Your credit card data is not stored or processed on our servers, but is stored through the payment gateway provider’s data storage, databases and their general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

6.3 If you choose to pay via credit card, please note that we do not store your credit card data; instead, they are automatically forwarded in industry-standard encrypted format to the acquiring bank for verification and processing. The acquiring bank uses the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). 

6.4 All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

6.5 PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our Site and its service providers.


7.1 In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

7.2 In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located at a different jurisdiction than either you or us. 8.1 To protect your Personal Information, we take reasonable precautions and a variety of security measures, and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

8.2 Southwest Tours is using Quick Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate to enable server security. Thus, the Site provides up to 256 bit encryption, thereby offering the best level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and our Site’s servers are private and secure.

8.3 Your password is the key to your account. Please use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not share your Southwest Tours password with anyone. If you do share your password with others, you will be responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account and the consequences. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your Personal Information and other information submitted to the Site. You could also be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, or if you have grounds to believe that your password has been compromised, you should immediately contact us and change your password. 8.4 We do not process credit card data on our servers. An external PCI-compliant payment gateway handles all credit card transactions.

8.5 Your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit card information you supply is encrypted via SSL technology.


Spam, spyware or virus is not allowed on the Site. Please set and maintain your communication preferences so that we send communications to you as you prefer. You are not licensed or otherwise allowed to add other users (even a user who has purchased an item from you) to your mailing list (email or physical mail) without their express consent.
